WEEK 1 — Understanding the Survival Story

What survival taught you about who you are

  • Survival identity vs. authentic identity

  • How trauma quietly shapes self-beliefs

  • Naming the story without reliving it

WEEK 2 — Perspective as a Turning Point

Theme

The moment the story begins to loosen

Focus

  • Difference between facts and meaning

  • How perspective influences emotions, choices, and boundaries

  • Recognizing where perspective is outdated

WEEK 3 — Reclaiming Identity Beyond Trauma
